Bohol Island State University – Main Campus, College of Arts and Sciences, sent a multi-disciplinary delegation to the Convention of History, Arts, Religion, and Tradition Scholars (CHARTS), Philippines, and the 11th Philippine Association for the Study of Culture, History, and Religion (PASCHR) inaugural conference in Baliwag, Bulacan on August 7-9, 2025.
Tourism and Hospitality Management (THM) Faculty members under the (CBM) College of Business and Management, conducted faculty immersion at the Astoria Culinary and Hospitality Institute situated at Astoria Palawan, San Rafael, Puerto Princesa, Palawan last July 5-13, 2025. The Faculty Immersion Program is a key component of the CHED STEP-UP (Sustainable for Tertiary Education Program Upgrading Project) Grant.
The Department of Tourism (DOT) held the Filipino Brand of Service and Excellence (FBSE) Recognition and Awards Program on July 21, 2025, through the FBSE Summit 2025 at The Bellevue Hotel – Manila, Alabang.
