Availability: Enrollment Period, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Noon Break)
Who May Avail: All qualified students, Transferees, Old / Returning Students
Requirements:
- For Freshmen Students
- Original Copy of Grade 12 Report Card
- Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO issued Birth Certificate
- For Transferees
- Original Copy of Certificate of Transfer Credential
- Original Copy of Transcript of Records (informative copy)
- Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Photocopy of PSA/NSO issued Birth Certificate
- For Old / Returning Students
- Accomplished Students’ Clearance
- Report of Grades

How to Avail:
- Visit BISU Facebook page (Bohol Island State University) of your campus and see list of qualified applicants for enrollment of your respective program. (This step is for the new undergrad students only.)
- Go to the Online Pre-Registration Form posted in the BISU fb page. Fill out all the informations asked in the Online Pre-Registration Form and click “submit” button. Wait for text message from BISU EDP Personnel for your log in credentials to online enrollment through ISMIS. (This step is for the new undergrad and all College of Advanced Studies students)
- Login to your ISMIS account at ismis.bisu.edu.ph.
- Once logged in, click on the “Grades” tab on the menu, then select “Curriculum”. A list of subjects under the program enrolled will be viewed, listed by year level and by semester. This will be your reference on what subjects you need to enroll.
- After identifying the subjects you need to enroll in the curriculum view, click on the “Enrolment” tab on the menu, then select “Apply for Enrolment”.
On the “Application for Enrolment” view, click the “Subject Offerings” button.
Select a subject to enroll by clicking on the check box located at the left of the subject code. For courses with multiple sections, you will see multiple offerings of a certain subject; make sure to select one offering of each subject, and all the selected subjects belong to same section.
After you select the subjects, click the “Close Button” on the top right corner. - After closing the subject offerings list, You will see the “Application for Enrolment” view, with the list of subjects selected. Click the “Submit Application for Enrolment” button at the top right corner, to complete the transaction.
- After submission, click on the “Grades” tab again, then select “Curriculum”. Subjects enrolled for the semester will appear blue.
- Your approved enrollment can be viewed in your ISMIS account or you may ask a print out of your Certificate of Registration (COR) at the Registrar’s Office.

- Student’s Clerance
- Valid Identification Card
- Special Power of Attorney / Notarized Authorization Letter (if by Representative)
- Colored passport size I.D. picture with complete name tag if for Board Exam

Note: First copy of TOR, diploma, and certification is free for first time job seekers.
How to Avail:
- Visit the Office of the University Registrar and get a priority number.
- Submit the priority number and get a request slip.
- Fill out the request slip and submit together with the required credentials.
- Fee the corresponding fees to the cashier.
- Submit the O.R. to the Office of the University Registrar and receive a claim slip.
- Present the claim slip on the date of release of the requested credential.
- Present the Identification (ID), sign the client’s request monitoring, form and receive the requested credential.
