Bohol Island State University hosted the 13th International Conference on Environmental and Rural Development (ICERD) last March 4-5, 2022. The 2-day conference commenced online vial zoom on March 4, 2022 19:00 Japan Standard Time.

Bohol Island State University Main Campus proudly Congratulates the 33 newly licensed Architects who passed the January 2022 Licensure Examination for Achitects. BISU performed above national passing percentage with 33 out of 42 passers or 78.57%.

Bohol Island State University (BISU) Main Campus proudly bagged the recognition as the 2nd Top Performing School with 50 or more examinees and at least 85% passing percentage during the November 2019 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination, with 50 out of 52 passers or 96.92%.

Bohol Island State University (BISU) Main Campus proudly bagged the recognition as the 2nd Top Performing School with 50 or more examinees and at least 85% passing percentage during the September 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers in the Elementary level, with 96 out of 101 passers or 95.05%. BISU Main Campus also produced a top 10th Placer for the secondary level in the person of Mariz Balaba Tadle.
