Offices
Presidents’ Office
The President provides executive leadership and strategic direction to the university, oversees the implementation of institutional policies and initiatives, represents the university in external relations, and fosters a culture of excellence, innovation, and integrity across all facets of the institution.
VP for Academic and Quality Assurance
Provides leadership in academic affairs, curriculum development, faculty development, accreditation processes, and quality assurance measures to ensure academic excellence, relevance, and compliance with academic standards within the university.
VP for Research, Innovation and Extension
Leads efforts to advance research, promote innovation, and facilitate knowledge transfer and community engagement through extension programs, partnerships, and technology commercialization, driving the university’s contributions to societal development and economic growth.
VP for Admin and Finance
Responsible for overseeing administrative operations, financial management, budgeting, procurement, facilities management, and auxiliary services to support the efficient and effective functioning of the university’s administrative and financial systems.
VP for Student and Affairs and Services
Oversees student support services, extracurricular programs, student development initiatives, counseling services, and campus life activities to enhance the overall student experience, promote student well-being, and foster a vibrant and inclusive campus community.
Office of the Campus Director
This office is where the Campus Director resides, holds meeting, consultation, and accommodate guests.
Dean, School of Medicine
Serves as the College of Medicine’s Chief Academic Officer. Maintains and enhances the medical education program including coordinates oversight of the curriculum and curricular change.
College of Engineering and Architecture and Industrial Design
Oversees and supervises academic chairpersons in the implementation and monitoring of the academic programs, activities/projects and policies of the College relative to instruction. Identify and establish linkages/partnerships with duly recognized public or private and local or foreign higher education institutions (HEI’s) and other agencies through the extension office. Instill and maintain high level of professional, ethical and moral discipline of the faculty members and students.
College of Teacher Education
Oversees and supervises academic chairpersons in the implementation and monitoring of the academic programs, activities/projects and policies of the College relative to instruction. Identify and establish linkages/partnerships with duly recognized public or private and local or foreign higher education institutions (HEI’s) and other agencies through the extension office. Instill and maintain high level of professional, ethical and moral discipline of the faculty members and students.
College of Arts and Sciences
Oversees and supervises academic chairpersons in the implementation and monitoring of the academic programs, activities/projects and policies of the College relative to instruction. College of Business and Management

College of Technology

College of Advanced Studies
Oversees and supervises academic chairpersons in the implementation and monitoring of the academic programs, activities/projects and policies of the College relative to instruction. Identify and establish linkages/partnerships with duly recognized public or private and local or foreign higher education institutions (HEI’s) and other agencies through the extension office. Instill and maintain high level of professional, ethical and moral discipline of the faculty members and students.
Office of the Campus Quality Assurance
Functions for Quality Assurance related concerns such as the Quality Management System of the University, AACCUP accreditation, ISA, SUC-Levelling and other CHED related accreditations.
Office of the Campus Librarian / Learning Resource Center
Serves as a central hub providing students and faculty with access to educational materials, resources, and technology to support teaching, learning, and research endeavors.
Office of the Student Development Services
Fosters student growth and success by providing support, resources, and programming aimed at enhancing personal, academic, and professional development.
Gender and Development
Cooperates and supports compliance of the requirements and on matters needed by the BISU Focal Point which have prime importance to the University, the CV-CIRRD CHED, and DBM. Ensures that under all circumstances, all acts shall not adversely affect of the university. Regularly assist and coordinate with the University GAD Director in all institutional activities and programs initiated by the university and as mandated by CHED.
Office of the Alumni Director
Caters the needs of the alumni of the campus, be it on the signing of clearance, tracking graduates, and claiming of Alumni III among others.
Sports and Cultural Development
Plans and coordinates with corresponding offices for the implementation of campus -wide sports and cultural activities such as SCUAA Games and PASUC Festival, administrative policies and the four-fold functions of the University
Campus Extension
Manages the extension services of the campus. Coordinate with the college deans/coordinators concerned in conducting, monitoring and evaluating extension and activities. Assist in establishing linkages and collaboration with other institutions and agencies. Find opportunities for effective transfer of technology, dissemination of information and different development outputs in science and technology and technological education for the academe, industry and community sectors.
Campus Research
Oversee the implementation of the different research activities of the campus, organize and conduct an in-house review. Advocate opportunities for effective dissemination and utilization of research output. Implement research policies and programs on the Main Campus.
Student Publication Office
Oversees the creation, publication, and dissemination of student-driven content, fostering free expression, journalistic integrity, and creative exploration within the university community.
Office of the Supreme Student Government
Serves as the official representative body of the student body, advocating for student rights, interests, and welfare while promoting leadership, participation, and democratic governance within the university.
Guidance
Provides comprehensive counseling services to students.
Admission Office
Facilitates the admission process, offering guidance, support, and resources to help individuals make informed academic and career decisions.
NSTP Office
Oversees the implementation, coordination, and administration of the National Service Training Program, ensuring student participation in various civic activities, community service projects, and national development initiatives.
Clinic
The Campus Clinic office provides essential medical services and healthcare support to students, faculty, and staff, promoting wellness, addressing health concerns, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment within the campus community.
Management Information System (MIS)
Develops transitional plans for acquisitions and installation of equipment. Keeps abreast of new developments and trends and makes recommendations to management on desirable additions or replacements. Advises managers concerning IT trends, technical problems, need for equipment, need for software upgrades and priorities. Responsible for IT equipment, network system and telecommunication activities with the university.
Boy Scout of the Philippines Institutional Coordinator / Rover Circle Manager
Coordinates, organizes and registers the units of BISU Main Campus, Senior and the Rover Scouts.
Campus Civil Security Officer
Acts as the supervisor of the guards or watchman by conducting an on-the-spot inspection of the logbook and oversee their guarding activities. Serve as the liaison between the university and the security agency. Secure the personnel, physical properties, and documents of the school. Make a monthly guarding schedule. Serve as a member of the administrative council of the school. Submit a written report addressed to the SUC President through channels for whatever untoward incident you discovered that the guard on duty is involved.
Production and Business Services
Plans and organizes for the enhancement of the Income Generating Enterprise (IGE) of the campus. Coordinate the clientele with business transactions in the university. Prepare project proposals needed for a new venture.
Motor Pool
Maintains all vehicles in the motor pool, assign vehicles and drivers in an official travel. Have official travels covered with authority, travel orders, official trip tickets and dispatch tickets. Keep on time registration of motor vehicles. Keep records or maintenance card motor vehicles.
University Registrar
Oversees student records, enrollment processes, academic scheduling, graduation certification, and ensuring compliance with university policies and regulations related to student academic matters.
Budget and Internal Audit Office
Manages financial resources, develops budgets, monitors expenditures, and conducts internal audits to ensure fiscal transparency, accountability, and compliance with financial regulations within the university.
Cashier
Receives and disburses funds, processing payments, managing student accounts, and ensuring accurate financial transactions following university policies and procedures.
Supervising Administrative Officer
Oversees the administrative operations of the university, manages personnel matters, coordinates logistical support for events and activities, and ensures compliance with administrative policies and regulations within the university.
Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM)
Is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate the impact of disasters, ensuring preparedness, response, and recovery measures are in place, and promoting a culture of safety and resilience within the university community.
Electronic Data Processing (EDP)
Oversees the management and maintenance of information technology infrastructure, provides technical support for software and hardware systems, and facilitates the integration of technology to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the university.
Records
Is responsible for maintaining accurate and secure records of student academic transcripts, enrollment data, and other official university documents, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, and facilitating access to information for administrative and academic purposes.
Board Secretary
Supports the governance functions of the university’s Board of Regents by coordinating board meetings, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, maintaining official board records, and facilitating communication between board members and university administration.
Planning / Infrastructure
Is responsible for developing long-term strategic plans, overseeing campus development projects, managing facilities and infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring alignment with the university’s mission and vision.
Human Resource
Manages recruitment, personnel administration, employee benefits, performance evaluation, training and development, and labor relations to support the recruitment and retention of qualified staff and faculty, and promote a positive work environment within the university.
Supply and Procurement
Oversees the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, purchasing goods and services, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations to support the operational needs of the university.
Director of Instruction
Provides leadership in curriculum development, instructional design, assessment strategies, and faculty development to ensure the quality and effectiveness of academic programs and instructional delivery within the university.
IRO
Facilitates international collaborations, manages exchange programs, fosters partnerships with foreign institutions, and supports international students and scholars to promote global engagement and diversity within the university community.
ITSO
Oversee patent prosecution, and negotiate licensing agreements and periodically review existing cooperative research agreements. Facilitate and conduct trainings and seminars related to intellectual property such as the IP Foundation course, Patent Search, Patent Specification, Claim Drafting, etc. Provide the administration with pertinent information on established and potential linkages.
