Hon. Angel Enriquez: The Harder Your Experience, The Sweeter Are Your Victories
In her speech, Dir. Enriquez reminds the enthused graduates of the importance of perseverance. “It is not just the results that matter, but your experiences and strides that set the scene for the results,” she says.
“And the harder your experiences and strides are, the sweeter are your victories.”
She challenges them to not let the realities and hardships of life stop them from dreaming.

Tagupa, cum laude graduate of BSEd-Math, commends the rest of BISU Clarin’s graduating class of 2025 for their resilience, them being all part of a generation that grew up surviving natural calamities and a global pandemic, from 2009’s Ondoy Typhoon, to the 2013 Bohol Earthquake, the COVID-19 pandemic, and 2021’s Odette.
