The IPOPHL (Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines), in collaboration with Innovation and Technology Support Offices, proudly conferred the awards to ITSO members who have met the requirements under the ITSO 2.0 Clustering Scheme during the ITSO Presidents’ Summit and General Assembly on April 10, 2025 at Sequioa Hotel Manila Bay, Parañaque City.

The Visayas Steno, Keyboarding, and Quiz Bowl 2025 drew participants from a diverse array of esteemed institutions across the region, including the BISU network (Bilar, Candijay, and Main Campuses), Central Philippine Adventist College (CPAC), Eastern Visayas State University-Main Campus (EVSU), Negros Oriental State University-Main Campus (NORSU), Tagbilaran City College (TCC), and Trinidad Municipal College (TMC).
