BISU CBM Faculty Shines at 4th NORSU Business Research Conference

𝐓𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐆𝐇𝐓 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒 from the Bohol Island State University Main Campus (BISU MC) presented their papers in the 4th Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) CBA Business Research Conference held last May 31, at the NORSU Main Campus, Dumaguete City.

BISU, as a visiting institution in the conference, was also awarded the “𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗” for sending the most number of conference delegates.

This year’s research conference is themed, “The Future of Business: Navigating Challenges and Embracing Opportunities,” aimed to entice participants to “explore the latest trends, challenges, and innovations in business, management, and entrepreneurship.”

The conference welcomed paper submissions in the areas of business and economic sustainability, human resource management and organizational behavior, financial literacy and business education, entrepreneurship and innovation, marketing and consumer behavior, and technology and digital transformation in business.

Presentations, panel discussions, and networking opportunities were key features of the conference, which hoped to “foster collaboration and inspire new ideas for the future of business research.”
