The Frontage Development Construction Project has finally come into fruition. Graced by University President Dr. Anthony M. Penaso with First Lady Abigail Tecson Penaso ,VPs,BISU officials, all Campus Directors,dignitaries, and employees, witnessed as the new gates opened yesterday.

Led by Fr. Niño Delusa, a Holy Mass was done in the morning. At the Frontage of BISU, the Blessing and Ribbon-Cutting of the Frontage Development took place followed by a short turnover ceremony at the BISU Main Activity Center.

BISU Main Campus Director Dr. Samuel J. Gulayan gave the welcome address. Meanwhile, the Presentation of the Frontage Development Project Overview was shared by VP for Administration and Finance, Dr. Arceli M. Hernando.

FFJJ Construction represented by its Satellite Manager, Engr. Joelibert G. Gargar expressed his grateful message towards BISU during the turnover ceremony while University President Dr. Anthony M. Penaso also shared his acceptance speech in which, the collaborative efforts of everyone were duly acknowledged.
