Bohol Island State University (BISU) Main Campus proudly bagged the recognition as the 2nd Top Performing School with 50 or more examinees and at least 85% passing percentage during the September 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers in the Elementary level, with 96 out of 101 passers or 95.05%. BISU Main Campus also produced a top 10th Placer for the secondary level in the person of Mariz Balaba Tadle.
Moreover, the other four campuses of BISU also performed consistently above the national passing percentage with retaker passing percentage accounted. In particular for the Elementary level, BISU Bilar 84.78%, BISU Calape 78.85%, BISU Candijay 78.57%, and BISU Clarin 77.14%. For the Secondary level, BISU Tagbilaran 71.12%, BISU Bilar 68.55%, BISU Calape 68.89%, BISU Candijay 64.29%, BISU Clarin 76.79%.
