On July 4, 2025, a delegation from Bicol University, led by Dr. Lorna M. Miña, Dean of the College of Education, conducted a benchmarking visit to Bohol Island State University (BISU). “Our achievements are not ours alone,” said Atty. Juan Paolo S. Behind every success are people who quietly supported us.”
